The Challenge

Deep Geothermal Is Stuck

Today, geothermal wells face a fundamental materials problem — and it's holding back the entire industry.

Too Weak

Polyethylene (PE) Pipes

Standard for shallow wells (100–400m), but PE has insufficient strength and temperature tolerance for deeper drilling. Limited to low-energy applications where geothermal potential is minimal.

Too Expensive

Steel Pipes

Required for deep wells (1,000m+), but steel is costly, heavy, and prone to corrosion. This makes deep geothermal economically unviable for most commercial applications.

Our Solution

High-Temperature Pipe-in-Pipe Technology

Our pipes use a high-temperature thermoplastic with exceptional heat resistance, chemical stability, and mechanical strength. The patented system pre-installs an inner pipe inside an outer pipe, so both can be handled and installed as a single conventional unit — using standard drilling equipment.
